Dana and Sam - Dreams PV

Back in October, when rainy season was supposed to be coming to a close, Dana and Sam tied the knot at Dreams Resort. The day began ideally - sun shining, palm trees swaying, the wedding setup coming together beautifully.



But as the day progressed, storm clouds rolled in and rain began to fall. The bride and groom decided to move forward with ceremony on the beach but move their reception indoors. And so the day went. The professional photos from Kirsten Lewis are in, and they are such a perfect reflection of the day. And one of my very favorite and romantic photos EVER was taken with pouring down rain the background (see below!) So, without further adieu, Dana and Sam's wedding day!

Kirsten Lewis - one of our fave photographers - recently posted wedding photos on her blog of a very special couple - Kristen and Frank - who married in December at Playa Fiesta.

We never met this couple, had any sort of exchange with them or knew they even existed until Kirsten shared their story with us at a wedding she was shooting - Valentina and Dan - two days following Kristen and Frank's nuptials. From the moment she spoke with us about their situation, we felt compelled to do something. And now, finally, we can! And so can you!

Ok, hold on to your seats . . . have we got a treat for you! Prepare yourselves; Kirsten Lewis has done it again - presenting us with unbelievable photos from Tina and Dan's big day!

Not only were we thrilled with the photos, the family, the guests and the setup, but we also loved the entire experience of planning with this amazing couple!!!


We based the design on a fantastic inspiration board sent to us by Tina in which she shared with us her vision for the wedding.


We added some personal touches and a bit of flare based on her invitation and fell in love with this design from the start!


So we've chosen our favorite photos of this celebration in hopes of sharing with you a slice of what we felt on wedding day! (Warning: we had over 60 favorite photos!)
